The start line will be at the intersection of Paine Avenue and North Avenue in New Rochelle.
Who: Competitive and casual runners, walkers, children, the whole family.
This event will test the most veteran of runners while giving new and novice runners, kids and families the thrill of running or walking in a spirited electronically timed Westchester County race. How fast can you run a mile?
Course: Westchester’s only USA Track & Field certified 1 mile course. Starting at Paine Cottage (Paine and North Avenues), heading south on North Avenue, it's a 1 mile course past New Rochelle High School on your right and then Iona College on your left, finishing up in front of picturesque, historic City Hall.
North Avenue will be closed to traffic during the event
Package pickup - will be on race day (starting at 8am).
Race Day registration: Please complete form below (we will also have these at the start)
Parking - Most people park near the start and walk back. There is ample street parking, but there is also a lot in front of the High School and a lot behind on Clove Road. This has a walkway bringing you past the front of the school toward the start.
Scholarship - The North Avenue Mile is hoping to provide scholarship opportunities again this year.
These will be published ahead of the race
